RESTOCKING FEES & RETURN CONDITION

To ensure the quality of our products for all customers, Elent adheres to strict return standards:

• Original Condition: Items returned in new, unopened, and original condition will receive a refund minus applicable restocking fees.
• Opened or Used: Items returned with signs of use, opened packaging, or missing parts are subject to a restocking fee of up to 50% of the purchase price.
• Refused Deliveries: Orders that are "Refused" or "Returned to Sender" without prior authorization are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover handling and logistics costs.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• 24-Hour Window: You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund.
• After 24 Hours: Once 24 hours have passed, your order is automatically processed by our fulfillment team. At this stage, we cannot cancel or modify the order as it has already entered the shipping queue.
• Shipped Orders: If your order has already been assigned a tracking number, it cannot be cancelled. You must wait for the item to arrive and return it to our facility for a refund.
